Floral Questionnaire
Please click below to fill out our wedding floral questionnaire and submit online. This form will help us provide you with a quick and accurate bid for your wedding flowers.
Other items that are helpful to include are, any color/fabric swatches you have for reference, photos of flowers that you like/dislike, and anything else that might be helpful to convey your vision.

Booking +
Leading up
Yay! Once we have booked with a signature and a 30% non-refundable deposit, we will work together to finalize all the details. Leading up to your event date we will have couple meetings, as I know things are always changing as you plan. The final meeting will be a 30 day out meeting.
